We all sometimes need professional support when we grieve the loss, face relationships crisis or feel depressed, stressed, or anxious.

In order to cope with depression, stress and anxiety we offer psychological counselling and/or Neurofeedback (depends on the client's needs). We will help you to understand deeper what causes emotional difficulties, work together on strategies to cope with current situation and train your body to control anxiety by reaching deep relaxation.
